The Educated Agent Institute focuses exclusively on in-person instruction — no Zoom sessions, no self-paced modules, no filler content. Just focused, engaging classroom instruction that respects your time and meets your annual CE requirements.
All courses are taught in person at an approved classroom location. The Educated Agent Institute does not offer online, virtual, or self-paced course delivery.
The Educated Agent Institute is currently seeking approval from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to offer continuing education courses for licensed real estate brokers.
