North Carolina Real Estate Commission rules require that students receive a copy of the school's Policies & Procedures Disclosure before paying any nonrefundable tuition or registration fee. Please review the disclosure in full before completing your registration.
You must review and acknowledge receipt of this disclosure before registering for any course. The acknowledgment checkbox is required during the registration process.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Summary
The following is a summary of the cancellation and refund policy. The full policy is contained in the Policies & Procedures Disclosure document above.
Withdrawal 72+ hours before class
A student who withdraws at least 72 hours before the scheduled course start time may receive a full refund or transfer to another available course.
Withdrawal less than 72 hours before class
A student who withdraws less than 72 hours before the scheduled course start time may transfer once to another available course within six months. No refund will be issued.
No-show, dismissal, or failure to complete
No refund or transfer is available after class begins, for a no-show, dismissal, or failure to complete the course.
